How long does it take for my product to arrive?

It takes 3-4 weeks for your product to arrive, depending on Your Location. However, if it takes more than the estimated period, please contact us immediately and we'll make sure you're having the perfect massage in no time!

How do I track my order?

What if my product arrives damaged?
