If you want a refund or exchange, we are here to help because your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, we will do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience in our store.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE
When the product is damaged, lost during shipping or wrong, you are free to ask for a refund or exchange.
When you do not want the product you have received, you are also free to request a refund or an exchange.
Rejected products should return in their original state.
SHIPPING CHARGES
When the return is due to an error of ours, for instance, we accidentally send a wrong item. We will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
When the return is not due to an error of ours, i.e you ordered it and then decided later on that you do not want it. The return shipping costs are your responsibility!
HOW TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND
Go to our contact us page and send us a message. The message should include your name, order number, the issue (damaged product, wrong product), and what you'd like (exchange or refund).
NOTE
- You can only request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the time you received the product.
- We refund through the original payment method used to make a purchase.
- Do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
